The Brief
A Workplace Transformation
Endava, a global software engineering enterprise, was looking to revamp their office space to better align with their hybrid working model. The primary objective was to create a more flexible and productive work environment that would serve as a new destination space while embedding and showcasing Endava's distinct brand identity. To achieve this, Endava collaborated with Sketch Studios, alongside fellow Fourfront Group companies Area and 360 Workplace. The transformation aimed to address the current needs of the workforce and future-proof the space for the evolving dynamics of modern workplaces.
Project Objectives
Defining Goals for Modern Workspaces
The renovation aimed to enhance flexibility and productivity within the workspace, creating an environment that supports diverse working styles, encourages individual focus, and fosters collaborative efforts. Additionally, it sought to establish the office as a central hub for employees, promoting a sense of community and belonging. A key objective was to ensure the space reflected Endava’s brand identity by incorporating design elements that resonate with their corporate culture and values.
The Design
Creating the Perfect Workspace
We focused on designing a space that celebrates nature. Light pastel colours and natural materials like wood, along with greens upholstery, were chosen to create a calming and inviting atmosphere. This natural palette was complemented with pops of copper and burnt orange, reflecting Endava's brand colours and adding vibrancy to the space.
Open areas were designed to encourage teamwork and collaboration, equipped with flexible furniture that can be easily reconfigured as needed. Dedicated spaces for focused work were integrated, ensuring employees have areas to concentrate without distractions. Custom design elements and finishes were used to embed Endava’s brand identity throughout the office, resulting in a cohesive and distinctive office environment.
To achieve high-quality finishes and furnishings, Sketch Studios partnered with renowned suppliers. Careful selection of materials was crucial in executing the desired aesthetic and functionality. Key suppliers included Cascando, Norr11, Frovi, Quadrifoglio, Tables Place Chairs, Tables for Business, Forma5, Workstories, Connection, and Artek.

The design effectively showcases Endava's brand identity, creating a workspace that employees are proud to be part of and one that supports the hybrid working model.
